From Finale Ligure to Ventimiglia, immerse yourself in an epic 4-day journey through the pristine valleys of Liguria di Ponente. A unique experience on your Trail/Enduro or e-Enduro mountain bike, crossing breathtaking landscapes and rural villages where time seems to have stood still, preserving authentic popular traditions.
Each day, you'll face the challenges of the valleys: Val Bormida, Val Neva, Val Arroscia, Val Argentina, Val Nervia, and finally, Ventimiglia. In this thrilling journey, savor the flavors of local cuisine and enjoy well-deserved rest in cozy B&Bs in some of Italy's most beautiful medieval villages.
Our team of certified guides/instructors will be by your side, providing support with shuttles for longer ascents and taking care of transporting luggage from one accommodation to another. Focus only on the fun of riding your mountain bike; the rest is in our hands!

WEEK ITINERARY
Saturday: Arrival in Finale
Travel leisurely to Finale. If you can arrive by late afternoon, we'll briefly meet. Otherwise, no problem! Rest up; we'll see you at the official start on Sunday morning.
This night's accommodation is not included in the package. We suggest you book at the Hotel Internazionale, our partner hotel, just 50 meters away!
Sunday: "From Sea to Mountains" | Finale Ligure - Val Pennavaire
Approximately 39 km | 740 m elevation gain | 1670 m elevation loss
Meeting at 8:30 am at the MtbItaly Headquarters at Via Nicolò Saccone 19 in Finale Ligure (bring your luggage, which will be transported to the next accommodation).
Registration at the office, introduction of guides and itinerary, bike check at our workshop, and departure around 9:00 am.
Shuttle ride of about 30 minutes to the Melogno pass. The second day features 5/6 super flowy natural single trails in the upper part and solid rock towards the valley floor. Beautiful trails through beech forests, pine woods, and medieval villages!
Overnight stay and dinner in a B&B (breakfast included, dinner not included).
Monday: "Beyond Borders" | Val Pennavaire - Triora
Approximately 33 km | 830 m elevation gain | 2160 m elevation loss
Departure at 9:30 am. Shuttle of about 30 minutes to the Prale pass. The second day is a journey and, being the toughest, the most spectacular.
In the morning, we cross the Val Nava to then tackle the highest mountain in the Ligurian Alps, Saccarello at 2200m above sea level, and descend into the Argentina valley on one of the most spectacular trails in the valley.
Arrival is expected in late afternoon in Triora, a beautiful medieval village still known as the Witch's Village for the tragic events in the second half of the 1500s.
Overnight stay in a B&B in Triora (breakfast included, dinner not included).
Tuesday: "From the Alps to Medieval Villages" | Triora - Pigna
Approximately 28 km | 640 m elevation gain | 2000 m elevation loss
Departure at 9:30 am. Shuttle of about 30 minutes to the Sanson pass. On the third day, we return above 2000 m in the Maritime Alps. A ride in the highlands under Mount Saccarello, visiting the Marta plains (old fortifications from 1938), breathtaking views of Lake Tenarda, and descending to the Allavena refuge before descending again on the "Maggiore" trail to the next medieval village of Pigna.
Overnight stay in a B&B in Pigna (breakfast included, dinner not included).
Wednesday: "From Village to Sea" | Pigna - Ventimiglia
Approximately 33 km | 450 m elevation gain | 1900 m elevation loss
Departure at 9:30 am. We've reached the last day of this unique and unforgettable experience. The connection between Pigna and Perinaldo is striking because between the two medieval villages, we find Mount Ceppo at 1600m in height, from which an endless and super panoramic trail starts. The beech forests now turn into Mediterranean scrub, and the undergrowth terrain becomes more challenging with flat rocks that will test our technical skills. From Perinaldo, we continue south, passing through dirt roads and concluding the day with a coastal trail with a sea view on Ventimiglia, where the shuttle awaits to take us back to Finale.
Return expected by 6:00 pm in Finale Ligure. After 4 unforgettable days, the sad moment of goodbyes and see you next adventure has arrived!
Included in the price of €990/person:
- 3 nights' accommodation (from Sunday to Wednesday), bed and breakfast (in a double room). A supplement of €50 per night applies for single use of a double room where available.
- 4 packed lunches (sandwiches)

Not Included:
- All lunches (not packed lunches) and dinners: This includes all meals consumed at restaurants or accommodations, excluding packed lunches that may be provided during the tour.
- Any bike rentals: This refers to the rental of bicycles, which is an optional service and is not included in the standard package.
- Possibility of washing and drying technical clothing in Triora (approximately €25 per 1 wash): This indicates that there is a facility in Triora where participants can wash and dry their technical clothing for a fee of approximately €25 per wash.
- Everything not listed under the "included" section: This is a general statement that clarifies that any service or item not explicitly mentioned as being included in the package is not part of the price.
Useful information:
- Dinners: Dinners are not included in the package (approximately €25-€35 per dinner). The first dinner will be a fixed menu at €30 per person (appetizer, first course, main course, dessert, coffee, and drinks), while subsequent dinners can be ordered à la carte.
- Lunch: Around 1:00 PM every day, you can either enjoy a packed lunch or eat at a local restaurant.
- Groups and Guide: Each group of 7 people will have a private guide.
- Equipment: Helmet is mandatory. Knee and elbow pads are recommended but not mandatory. We recommend bringing a backpack with a bike repair kit, a spare inner tube, and a wind and waterproof jacket.
- Weather: In case of bad weather, the event will take place as planned, provided that safety conditions allow it.
- Cancellation Policy: A deposit of €200 per person is required upon booking, refundable if canceled up to 60 days before the start of the trip. The balance is due 60 days before the departure and is non-refundable.
- Skill Level: Intermediate to advanced riding skills are required. To fully enjoy the event, you should be able to comfortably handle red trails in a bike park.
- Bikes: The tour is suitable for All Mountain/Enduro or E-bikes (E-bikes adjust to the speed of the muscle-powered bikes). Bike rental is not included.
- Parking: There is the possibility to park your car in a private, covered parking lot. The cost is €20 per day (please specify when booking).
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of last-minute problems.

- 5 people: €1200/person
- 6 people: €1100/person
- 7 people: €990/person
- For groups fewer than 5 and more than 7 people, request a quote.
